Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.


Return Process

1. Request Approval
Email info@beyond-fresh.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Photos (If Applicable)
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos to help us assist you more efficiently.

3. Return Authorization
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.


Refunds

Inspection
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.



Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
